The TLC Journal aims to be the very first online library of little confessions written by ordinary people like you and me from all over the world.
Everyone has a story to tell, but what's interesting is why these stories have been kept a secret, hidden inside, and have been left untold. We share common traits like fear and embarrassment, and as we grow older, most of us have regrets over our inactions, including not telling these little confessions we have held throughout our lives.
Shared confessions can be moving, and within their magic, the storyteller, as well as the reader, are changed. Secret confessions are versions of who we once were and when shared; alter our future. Although some confessions seem peculiar or even uncommon; in sharing, we may find surprising results. In letting go, the power the confession had over us dissipates. Answers to questions long unanswered suddenly appear; Aha, moments are revealed.
